CHABAC Hubs

As part of the “Strengthening the Capacity of Service Providers to Deliver HIV Prevention Programs to the African Diaspora in Canada Project”, a series of regional Hubs were developed across Canada. These Hubs serve as focal points for sharing information and expertise around working with African, Caribbean and Black communities.
