ICAD’s membership year runs from April 1 to March 31 each year.
There are two kinds of membership:
- Full Members have voting and nomination rights. As a full member you can nominate members or stand for election to the Board of Directors, vote in the election of our Board of Directors and at the Annual General Meeting.
- Associate Members do not have the same membership rights as Full Members. As an Associate Member you will not have the right to nominate members to the Board of Directors, stand for office on the Board of Directors, or vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Suggested Membership Fee:
We recognize that membership fees can be a barrier to some organizations and/or individuals ability to participate so we are offering a fee structure that is suggested, not mandated, and has a sliding scale based on the size of organization and ability to participate.
Where do my membership fees go?
50% of your annual membership fee will go directly into the Membership Engagement Fund to help subsidize costs for members to attend conferences, workshops and other activities that are sometimes difficult to cover through traditional funds. The remaining 50% of your fee will go to work for ICAD.
